The “Festival of Youth Ideas 2016”, took place on the 23st and 24th of May 2016, at the National Historical Museum in Tirana and is the biggest event organized by MoES and partners for the promotion of knowledge, creativity and productivity of the youth, in ways that integrate skills and competences acquired through formal and informal education with the best social values, that contribute to a sustainable local development.
